I have several extremely legitimate complaints that, from what understand, should be addressed and answered within 10 days. I would request that this bank be investigated for faulire to comply with XXXX regulations in regards to these complaints. On sveral occasions iv simply been blatantly denied any real investigation and on some accounts I've been told that they will not even respond or thoroughly look into my complaints. One employee even told me " they will be opened responded to and immediately closed '' From what i gather and all the horrible correspondence and blatant arrogance this bank has conveyed to me they think they are to big for the government to handle.
