After my car was wrongfully repossessed, I went to XXXX yard to get my belongings. I was told the tow staff would pack my belongings and I could not go to the car. I unwillingly accepted and watched from gate them at the car. Moments later they brought me my bagged belongings, as I search through my bag for paperwork I needed to correct this repo, I informed the staff what was missing, he then willingly stated he would go back to car to look for paperwork. I then told him everything surrounding where the paperwork was is in the bag, so should my paperwork. As this is being said, office staff comes on his walkie talkie and says he should not be out there while I search the bag, thats odd. Another staff person comes out to make situation worst by trying to grab bags with my belongings. My son grabbed them first and simply said " I got it '', the office staff then comes outside and tells us to leave or he'll call the police and to file a complaint on the company site ( as to which I did ) and we left. PS. I stated in the questionnaire that I did not get information and I meant as to where my missing paperwork was. Thank you
