So I tried to transfer money from my XXXX XXXX to my bank account while using their app ( the bank ) and that was on the XXXX. I got an email saying that my recurring transfer is all set but i wouldnt get it instantly I had to wait until the XXXX but i forgot about it and had my card locked so it didnt go through I even got an email saying it didnt go through. Then on the XXXX I got my paycheck and sent XXXX to my bank from XXXX XXXX at XXXX then I see another charge at XXXX from XXXX saying my transfer from XXXX to Wells Fargo is complete. I was thinking maybe that was the transfer I was trying to do like a week ago so I go check to see if its there and it just said pending so I call the people at the bank to see how long it would take and they said they didnt even see that transfer and they cant really do anything on there end.So now at this point i started to get aggravated I had just got my paycheck too but I hang up on them, transfer out the XXXX I sent at XXXX back to my XXXX and figured Id wait for it to finish pending and when I did that there was still no money on my account I called the people back there still saying theres nothing they can do.
