I've had this LOC for almost 2 years and never missed a payment. I've paid it down and used it regularly. This past XX/XX/year> I had to max it out to help pay for wedding stuff. I got behind and was unable to make full payments. I asked what could be done and they said to make " promise to pay '' partial payments and that would keep me out of collections and keep good standing. I have made regular small payments of XXXX every week or XXXX since mid XXXX. I looked on my report today and I saw they have reported me XXXX days late and over the limit killing my credit score. I have worked hard to build my credit up to XXXX and now it's ruined because of them. I spoke to XXXX different people and they just say " that's the way we do business. '' This company is a scam and now I'm stuck in this mess.
