As an XXXX XXXX service member in the United States XXXX I applied for Federal SCRA benefits and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Benefits under the XXXX Revised Code Section XXXX. I was denied benefits and told by XXXX from the XXXX XXXX office that unsecured loans are not covered under those benefits within XXXX XXXX XXXX.
