On XX/XX/year>, I called Equifax and spoke with XXXX customer service representatives ( including a supervisor ). Please see letter attached. The issue is on going involving inaccurate and misinformation being reporting on a XXXX XXXX account number XXXX. XXXX also has a negative account ( XXXX XXXX ) reporting on my credit file and I have continuously disputed this account which resulted from Identity Theft as well. I have continuously disputed these accounts are not mine and resulted from Identity Theft ( See FTC Theft Affidavit and Police Report attached ). The Equifax representative is claiming that my dispute of the XXXX XXXX account did not include a copy of my Social Security Card. Please note that I have disputed these same accounts multiple times in the past and presently disputing the same XXXX XXXX account number XXXX and XXXX XXXX account. At this point both XXXX and Equifax are in violaton of the FCRA. Please see attached proof of disputes.
