On XX/XX/year>, at XXXX CST, I received a call from Greenberg Grant & Richards as a debt collection call from XXXX XXXX. I told the lady that the issue was still in dispute due to a back and forth blame game between XXXX and the XXXX of XXXX for extraneous fees ( over doubling the amount claimed due ). From that point, she started guilt tripping and brow-beating in the conversation trying to tell me I was in the wrong, and I have to pay immediately. She repeated the statement " you don't seem like the type that likes to be wrong, but ... '' 3 times and started raising her voice to almost a yell each time. I've dealt with debt collectors in the past, but I've never experienced one like this. After I made my counter offer for them to take to XXXX, she stated she wouldn't do it due it " not being a good offer ''. She proceeded to guilt trip again, and then hung up on me. I called back to get the company name, she tried it all again, and then hung up on me again. I've heard more conversational etiquette out of a child than her.
