1 ) XXXX - On XX/XX/XXXX Sent a Certified letter to have them remove a hard inquiry from XXXX XXXX XXXX that I did not authorize. They have not removed it from the report. On XX/XX/XXXX Sent a Certified letter to have them update/correct personal information on my file to reflect my current address, etc. and to remove all other addresses which were undeliverable. They did not honor the request. On XX/XX/XXXX- Sent a priority mail letter regarding negative information on my report, requested validation of alleged negative accounts with documentation copies bearing my signature.
