I filed an Identity Theft with my police report of my claim on XX/XX/XXXX. Today is XX/XX/XXXX, over 19 days. Per The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) all information reported as identity should be Blocked from reporting on my credit report. Credit bureaus must block reporting of information in filed in my claim resulted from identity theft within four business days. The updates I received stated they have 60 days to respond. It's day XXXX and they law states they have 4 days! They are in violation and I have all of my submitted proof and so do you. Please escalate this matter immediately to delete all of the reported accounts that were reported that are not my accounts.
