On XX/XX/year>, I noticed two fraudulent accounts on my credit report : A loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, showing a balance of {$9900.00}. A XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX loan, showing a balance of {$34000.00}. I did not authorize or apply for either of these accounts. These accounts were fraudulently opened in my name and are the result of identity theft. Upon discovering the fraud, I took the following steps : I filed an FTC Identity Theft Report. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with their representative, XXXX XXXX, to report the fraud. She instructed me to email their fraud dispute team for resolution. I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to dispute the fraudulent auto loan. I am now filing this complaint to request the removal of these fraudulent accounts from my credit report in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ). I request that both companies take immediate action to investigate and remove these accounts from my record, as they are causing harm to my credit profile.
