I am writing to formally notify your offices that I am a victim of identity theft and fraud. Fraudulent accounts, credit cards, and debts have been opened or incurred in my name without my knowledge or consent. These actions were not taken by me and were entirely against my will. This fraudulent activity occurred outside of my control as I was a victim of XXXX XXXX, a situation that stripped me of my ability to control or protect my financial information. I am not responsible for any of the resulting accounts or debt. I expect a written response confirming that all fraudulent accounts and entries have been permanently removed or blocked from my credit reports.
