I sent in a dispute letter to Equifax for removal of fraudulent account XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank for the amount of {$7900.00} that was opened on XX/XX/year>, which Equifax refuse to remove, which I was sent a letter stating the account was verified. The account could not have been verified because I never opened or authorized for this account to be opened. I was sent a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX bank after contacting them about this matter, which stating that I would not be responsible for the account above due to their investigation finding me not liable, which I provided to Equifax along with my FTC report and identification. Equifax continues to lie about their investigation about verifying the fraudulent account above and continues to send computer generated letters. If proper investigation with completeness and accuracy per 15 U.S.C 1681e ( b ), Equifax would have found that the account does not belong to me. I provided all documentation that was requested to Equifax. I have disputed this account several times, and request for this account to be removed.
