I had a XXXX XXXX account ( account # ending in XXXX ) and they incorrectly charged me an additional month after fulfilling my 12 month account when I canceled and also charged me {$50.00} for returning the equipment, which did not make any sense. I disputed both and they said they would get back to me. I heard nothing from them until I got an alert on my credit report that I have a collection from Credit Collections. I was given a phone number that led me nowhere and XXXX only said that's the number they have and no further information. This is a very big problem with XXXX and this very suspicious collections agency. I am unable to speak with them and this is impacting my credit unfairly and what should be unlawfully. They have no basis in putting a collections against me and I would like this to be investigated to remove their ability to do this to me and other consumers.
