This is a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX My problem started when I purchased a house located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX. I never lived at this address, as soon as I bought it I put it up for rent starting in XX/XX/XXXX. I don't know at what point someone used my name to open accounts at different banking entities, they also opened accounts with XXXX XXXX without my consent. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX about this loan fraudulently and repeatedly called the XXXX XXXX fraud department/ but they did not give me any information about the account. They say they do not have any information because the account was closed and they gave me the phone number for the XXXX XXXX collections department. When I called that number l asked them if they had any type of document signed by me XXXX XXXX that confirmed my identity or if they could verify any information about my ID that I might have on my profile. I also asked what the name and address was on the ID. where the card was used or if they could confirm which bank the loan money was transferred to and the name of the bank account. They also stole my identity and underwent XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Please, these criminals took my identity and destroyed it in the banking institutions. My family and I worked very hard to get out. This horrible dream began when I bought an investment house. Please help me. XXXX XXXX is trying to link the credit account to my actual address. The address link to the fraudulent account is XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX in the past and they did not have any proof or document of a credit account opened with my real address XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I also contacted with XXXX XXXX and they also do not have any document or proof that it was me who opened a line of credit. They only had the record that l opened a bank account with them. They could not provide any proof of my identity to confirm that it was me who opened a credit card. I'm requesting these fraudulent accounts to be removed from my credit report. I'm attaching my apartment contract with my address since XXXX and my utility bill with the same address.
