Years ago I filed a XXXX XXXX, but it was dismissed by the court. The information was removed about 2 or 3 years ago. I had 2 cars with a credit union, that I made payments in full ... with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. In my credit report it say the 2 car loan was included in bankruptcy XXXX XXXX it was dismissed by the court and my 2 car loans where paid in full. Now I had applied for diferent cards ... XXXX XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I get denied because a bankruptcy shows in my Experian credit report agency ... which it has been more that 7 years. I call many times Experian and filed disputes many times,, and they would not removed the XXXX XXXX dismissed bankruptcy of my report, and the XXXX car loans from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that shows the car loans included in XXXX XXXX, which i paid they in full.
