XX/XX/XXXX - received call from Pro Collect - asked for debt validation letter and for supporting documents - gave new address to be sent to XX/XX/XXXX - received a mark on my credit report without receiving a notice or documents I asked for previously - Called them and tried to see what happened - They agreed if I paid over the phone, they would take it off my credit report - I paid the debt in full with that agreement that I would receive a letter saying the debt was paid in full and that they would remove it from my credit report by the start of the next month. XX/XX/XXXX- They have still done NEITHER of those things
