If you havent been made aware, there are various federal laws in place to protect me as a consumer and to construct this business transaction. As a gentle reminder you CAN NOT report/treat a payment on an open-ended credit plan as late for any reason. If you need direct citation, please refer to 15 USC 1666 ( B ). I also would like to bring forth another law pertinent to this letter ; 15 USC 16819 ( B ) where it states that I as a consumer would need to give you permission to furnish information on my behalf. To date, I have not granted you or ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) such authority. Your apparent and constant neglect to properly carry out your job is costing me by ruining my consumer report. This letter is an attempt to remedy the following listings you have listed on my consumer report.
