Cash App : XX/XX/year> {$25.00} paid XX/XX/year> {$50.00} declined XX/XX/year> {$62.00} declined These are the initial transactions I don't recognize. I contacted Cash App. I gave them this info. Cash App then abruptly closed my account without notice, without an exact reason. The reason given from Cash App to me on several occasions was the following : " Your Cash App account was closed because of activity that goes against our terms of service. '' However, when I challenged them on the " activity '' they were referring to, I was stonewalled. They're reps were unable to give me an answer on what it was that I did to have my account closed. During the time this happened, I had just gone through a divorce due to XXXX. My ex had drained our joint account with our regular bank, & this was the debt card I was able to get & use at that time. It was very convenient. I still have XXXX in Cash App but am unable to get it out bc I cant attach my new bank to my closed cash app. No one at Cash App will assist. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
