I acquired a HVAC and heating unit for my home on XX/XX/year> and was given one year Guarantee to be able to return from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX department. When a third-party company installed my appliances, they didn't properly take care of my attic and was damaged. they sent someone to fix ceiling and did a poorly not matching color job. During the trial period I called for service since I was sold a five-year warranty, but they couldn't provide service quick enough since it was during summertime. I realized this wasn't a reliable company and not satisfied at all with products, price or service. I started contacting XXXX XXXX customer service and Right time home services about canceling contract since I was within the trial time frame in XXXX. Then called them in XXXX several times and even went to XXXX XXXX store in person and was told that someone was going to contact me, but nobody has tried to assist me with my return. I also tried customer care department via email, and they haven't returned my call or emails. Also, the finance company is being harassing me even came to my job and dropped off a collection letter. I was paying them a monthly payment, but I advised them that I was cancelling my contract, and they took a complaint report but haven't respected my request to stop billing and said to me that they paid my loan to XXXX XXXX and have nothing to do with the return decisions.
