XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX has been reporting an adverse account in my Equifax XXXX report for more than the time allowed by 15 USC Section 605 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) of The Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have contacted XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX directly requesting additional information but because of the age of the account, they no longer have any information nor record of this account. XXXX and XXXX have both removed this account from my consumer report, yet this account continues to report in my Equifax consumer file. I understand errors such as this do occur, but they are easy to resolve. Please investigate this account for accuracy of 15 USC Section 605 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) of The Fair Credit Reporting Act and any addition reporting inaccuracies.
