I was ordered to place an XXXX XXXX on my car. I chose a company called XXXX. The XXXX XXXX was installed on XXXX XXXX. I was charged additional fees the first time I drove car. I do not know if installation was faulty or if the unit was faulty. I called the company and asked for it to be removed the same day. They told me I must have a court order. I went to the installer and he replaced that unit with another company XXXX XXXX as to remain in state compliance. XXXX told me they would wave the fee to remove unit. They billed me anyway. I contacted the company several times with the dates and times of calls along with the names of the individual I spoke with. They have now placed this {$270.00} in collections. I called and asked for removal during the three day period given to me by the state of Tennessee. I called on XXXX XXXX. I paid for one month of service and an additional fee of {$35.00} due to unit being faulty. IC Systems has now placed this account on my credit report. The technician ( installer ) returned unit to the company. My credit report has been very damaged by this.
