I applied for a loan online and a guy called me back said he was from XXXX XXXX and I was approved for a loan and he asked me for my account info so the could send me the loan money I gave them by XXXX bank info and he said that it wouldnt work use it wasnt a real bank I told them I only had XXXX and they said since u dont have a bank account go ahead and go get me a prepaid card money card from XXXX with {$100.00} on it dont have to visit dont register give me the info and will send you the money so thats what I did. I accidentally activated it and registered it so they told me that it wouldnt work. They told me to go and get another {$200.00} with gift cards so I did. XXXX send the money. It was too late on Friday night Saturday morning came I called the company couldnt get a hold of him all day Saturday still couldnt get a hold of call on Monday. Still couldnt get a hold of them. Basically I sent them {$100.00} I spent {$100.00}. I spent {$200.00} in another {$200.00} total {$500.00} never received the loan I contacted you trying to get some help they never stop talking to me. Nothing about it so Im now contacting you to see if I can get help with a refund from the game from XXXX and they denied it saying that they were never do that {$500.00} because I was out {$500.00}. I was young. I got from my apartment so theyre probably about {$500.00} and at least {$1000.00} so myself boyfriend our kids and myself can get back on my feet and stop living out of our car.
