I want to make you aware that I am fully aware of my rights as a consumer. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), your actions have violated my federally protected rights. Documentation that shows I agreed to pay this debt with my signature. 4. Please also ensure that you provide documentation regarding your rights to collect this debt in my state.
