Ever since I had venmo I had problems I am not rich I am a XXXX XXXX and I use XXXX XXXX XXXX acct, PayPal bank acct, XXXX XXXX, they won't let me add money off any of those debit cards only some of the bank accounts with a 5 day waiting period I mean what is the point in moving money if you have to wait 5 days unless you are a XXXX XXXX? I send money to family and vice versa and sometimes I need it that day or my kids need it that day I have XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX they have cars and XXXX etc. Anyway I stopped using it and needed it today for a small thing so I tried to delete 3 cards and added my step card which is a card that I have with my son I sponsor his teen account and I have an adult account with step a credit card to build credit and they would not let me add money after I added the card not even with the 3 percent fee. Okay fine. Then tonight I buy a prepaid PayPal card at the store for a small amount of money we are talking {$20.00} here and I go to add the card to Venmo it's just as good as a debit card and they do accept these types of cards by the way. They give me an error saying you have tried to add too many cards!!! This is my second added card today one was credit and one was prepaid what was I supposed to do when you turn down my credit card? I think there is some discrimination going on here with Venmo and myself is what I really think is going on. I have a history and I am not perfect but I am no kind of online financial crime artist or anything. I have a criminal history over 10 years ago but nothing since then. I think Venmo has it out for me is what it really is and it's starting to affect my mental health a little bit. So they better loosen up the rains on there internal controls around my account because I am about to call the attorney general in every single state in the country and mention that they don't accept dasher direct and they don't accept PayPal? There own company? They don't accept transactions from there own company what is that all about some kind of intercompany rule that the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX put into place? Seems like it would be easy for PayPal and venmo to accept each other 's transactions they would trust each others system and controls in place don't you think? What is up with Venmo not letting me get any of my money online? XXXX seriously. My startup is coming in the next couple years so they better watch out and if it doesn't work out I am going to work for the government in compliance no matter my record still got 16 years of CPA work and controller/CFO work under my belt. Send this to Venmo. Tell them XXXX XXXX has their attention
