I am reaching out to follow up on a previous request I submitted regarding a bankcrptcy that is listed on my credit report. I have requested that the item in question be reviewed to ensure its accuracy, in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681., the FCRA mandates that credit reporting agencies and furnishers Attached to this correspondence, you will find the response I received from the credit bureau regarding my initial request. Upon reviewing their reply, you will notice that the disputed item is marked as either " updated '' or " verified, '' which the bureau indicates should imply that the information is now accurate and correct. I respectfully disagree with these conclusions, as I have carefully reviewed my credit report and identified several discrepancies that still remain unresolved. I have also marked the disputed Item that was previously raised with the bureau. I have also included a copy of the letter I sent to the credit bureaus outlining my position.
