This credit card account was opened in my business name using my EIN originally with XXXX XXXX. However in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I was notified that XXXX XXXX had sold the debt to servicing solutions company who not only attached the debt to my personal credit using my personal social security number, they also hiked the interest rate sky high and changed the payment due date. My business had never missed a payment, and was never late prior to Servicing Solutions taking over the debt so there should have been no reason for the interest hike. Also, my information was leak in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I feel that is how servicing solutions obtained my personal social security number to attach the debt to. When I asked to be sent information validating and explained the interest hike etc, they sent their own companies general information that was not pertaining to or geared specifically towards my account personally. This is unacceptable and in my opinion fraudulent.
