I had an ACH bounce from issues with an account i have with Financial Pacific Leasing on XX/XX/XXXX. I went online and paid the agreed monthly payment on XX/XX/XXXX and included a few extra dollars. Verification from the system of the payment was obtained that day, funds from my account to them were paid ( they stated payment recieved on XX/XX/XXXX when i called on the XXXX ). They then sent me a notice of past due balance for the entire payment with a late fee. I called and left a voice message and replied to the past due email with all documentation of payment made. They are now adding a late fee to the upcoming payment on XX/XX/XXXX along with an additional misc fee. I have tried to help them resolve their negligence for 20 days and with 10 days til the next bill, they will attempt an ACH that will not clear as I will only have the monthly payment in the account they should legally pull. This will cause an ACH fee I will require reimbursement on when the bill is corrected for this and the fees. I will continue to call them as the the ACH bounce date to resolve this issue until the bill is corrected or they pick up the equipment breaching the contract. I am looking for assistance to resolve the issue and if not then documentation of my attempt to do so.
