I received an email today from my credit card company that I received a major derogatory mark from XXXX XXXX. I thought it was unusual because I make regular on-time monthly payments for XXXX and then I got another notification email from my credit reporting company, XXXX that my account has been affected. I went to my account and it says that XXXX XXXX put a major derogatory on my account and my credit points went down by XXXX! I never received a single email, phone call, or letter in the mail indicating that I owed them money. This is madness and XXXX needs to be held accountable and I want this to get fixed as soon as possible. I have documents to prove that I am a XXXX customer, and haven't used XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX! This doesn't make sense especially the fact that they didn't even bother to contact me about this issue. The only thing I can think of is that may have gotten the phone numbers mixed up, and I have also changed my phone number quite a few times. If you need additional documentation please reach out to me and I can provide additional documentation.
