I have a credit card with Prosper Marketplace , Inc . The last time I purchased something with this card was on XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/year> I was charged {$52.00} for interest charge on purchases. I make a monthly payment that is on auto pay in the amount of {$100.00} and have never been late on a payment. On XX/XX/year> I made a payment in the amount of {$100.00}. In XXXX, I made a payment on XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was charged {$55.00} for interest charge on purchases, despite the fact that I did not make any purchases in XXXX. On XX/XX/year> I made a payment in the amount of {$100.00}. On XX/XX/year> I was again charged {$52.00} and the charge was again labeled interest charge on purchases, despite the fact that I still have not used the card since XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/year> I emailed the company asking why I am being charged interest charges on purchases. I have not made the company sent me an auto response stating they are working on getting back to me but they never did. On XX/XX/year> I sent them another email stating that I need a response due to the fact that I am being charged another interest charge on purchases fee when I have not used cards since XXXX. The company has failed to respond. I have not been given an explanation as to why Im being charged interest on purchases. Im not making. I would like to have these interest charges removed and refunded and possibly come to a resolution regarding closing this account since the company has proven to be unethical.
