On XX/XX/2024 I received notification that there was a hard inquiry on my credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. As I did not apply for any loans from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, I contacted the bank to check using my name, phone, address and SSN if there was any account in my name opened and they verified that they had no accounts/ loans open with my information. On XX/XX/XXXX, I froze all XXXX credit reports. I was advised by a Transunion customer service reprsentation to file this report to gather evidence to support that the hard inquiry by XXXX XXXX was either fraud or done in error
