I lived in this apartment complex 8 years ago. The complex went through several ownership changes during my time of living there. There was several issues with the billing and accounting from one owner to the other. I resolved all accounting with the last management and the agreement was made there was no monies outstanding. At the conclusion of my lease, I moved. After moving, this debt appeared on my credit report. I was not evicted, I was not asked to move for non-payment of rent and the dollar amount owed makes no sense in comparison to the rent amount I paid. I have contacted the property management, which has changed again 3 times since I moved and I get no resolution. I have been told the records no longer exist.
