I had multiple CD accounts at XXXXXXXX XXXX This bank failed and funds were transferred to bb & t. I believe BB & T is now truist. I went into a truist with my social security number and three different CD receipts. The manager was not able to locate the accounts. I tried creating online accounts with truist. they do not accept or account numbers.
