Citizens bank contacted me that fraud detection was used on my card, I have requested the money to be returned to me and they denied it and said no fraud, I did not make the three purchases of {$50.00} at XXXX that they alerted me about. Citizens has not complied with me to request how they came about their decision. I did not make these purchase on XX/XX/2024. I requested they reopen it and it has now been over two weeks. I am not well off and need the money to pay bills. Citizens has not been helpful at all.
