During the month of XXXX I received a letter dated XX/XX/year> from a company called Resurgent Capital Services stating that an account in the amount of XXXX allegedly belonging to me was sold on XX/XX/year> and the new owner is LVNV Funding LLC and that effective XX/XX/year> LVNV Funding LLC placed the account with resurgent Capital Services L.P. for servicing. The letter states that I allegedly had an account with a company called XXXX XXXX, but I have never done business with such a company and the debt collection company that is reflecting on my credit report is claiming that they are the original creditor. On XX/XX/year> I sent to the company Resurgent Capital Services a validation of debt request letter pursuant 15 USC 1692g. This company has not provided any substantial legal proof that I owe them and yet they are reporting false and in accurate information to all three credit reporting agencies thus negatively impacting my financial reputation and character. I request that this false and inaccurate account be removed immediately from all three credit reporting agencies concerning my personal credit reports.
