In late XX/XX/year>, I scheduled my Mortgage payment online with my Credit Union to XXXX as I have been doing since I obtained the loan. The amount was XXXX and was expected to be paid XX/XX/year> and it was paid on that date. In late XXXX, I scheduled an XX/XX/year> payment in the same amount XXXX to XXXX and was debited on that date as I recently learned my loan had a new service. Later on XX/XX/XXXX, I scheduled a XXXX payment for XXXX for XX/XX/year> which was paid. I noticed on my bank account there was an irregularity with my checking account an extra {$4000.00}. I looked at my XXXX XXXX and found that my payment on XXXX was paid and unnoticed by me was redeposited without my knowledge into my checking account on XX/XX/year>. Why did they not FORWARD it to the service? Upon noticing what happened I paid XXXX XXXX and was debited on XX/XX/year>. I Paid every payment on time or more likely early. I am never late and pay my promptly. I never received notice till late XXXX of my new service Information. Thanks For your help in this matter. I can provide my Bank Statements.
