I have never missed or been late on a payment to XXXX. XX/XX/year>, XXXX missed payments for my Target account XX/XX/year>, XXXX missed payments for Target and XXXX XXXX XX/XX/year>, I called XXXX and asked for assistance. XXXX and XXXX XXXX were both caught up on payments but my XXXX XXXX took a XXXX point hit for late payments. XXXX was unable to help with my XXXX XXXX. Wanting to make sure I had written documentation for all conversations at this time, all further messages were through the message portal on XXXX 's website. XX/XX/XXXX, asked about missed payment. Followed up on XX/XX/XXXX. No response XX/XX/year>, asked about not getting responses. No response. XX/XX/XXXX, asked about no payments being made in XXXX. None. Not a single payment to any of my accounts has been made in more than 30 days. No response Tried calling was on hold for an hour. Message about leaving a call back number but was never given the option to leave a call back number. Tried chatting on the greenpath portal chat bot and got the message " system can not assign agent to the request '' XXXX got a payment from me on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX but has not made any payments to my creditors in more than 30 days.
