Since XX/XX/XXXX, I have sent money to XXXX XXXX for affiliate marketing via XXXX XXXX which was never materialized on XX/XX/XXXX the CEO of the XXXX XXXX XXXX send me a XXXX message that he is not providing service anymore, which is approximately 10 to 15 days after receiving the payment from XXXX from my bank and Credit Card XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars. I followed the dispute with XXXX. They promised to have XXXX settle in our favor after 10 days which was keep delaying and delaying till this today is XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX informed that they will not receive any more appeal. they denied my eligibility for XXXX purchase protection plan I am unable to talk to the back, ground working team for eligibility approval of the refund They have denied some claim. They have settle in favor of the vendor who have never provided any services and also XXXX out of all the XXXX claims is in my favor which is about {$2500.00} For the same cases, they have refunded people money and in my particular case, they have declined it. I have to spend several hours every week every other day they have a horrible system of appealing they made my case as an investment which I told him it is not an investment. It is a service protection to be given for that it was supposed to be done for you abbreviated as XXXX affiliate marketing via XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Paypal seems to be doing a fraudulent business because they are paying somebody and not paying some people have no explanation they should be question about this practices of making claims declined without explanation and nobody to talk to.
