In XXXX of XXXX I contacted Experian, XXXX and XXXX in regards to incorrect information being on my Credit Reports as a result of Identity Theft and Fraud. I submitted the Police Report, The FTC Identity Theft Report along with copies of my State Issued ID Social Security Cards and Utility Bills showing proof of residency. On XX/XX/XXXX I received updates from Experian in regards to the account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX showing that it was REMOVED from my file. I also received letters from the other two XXXX XXXX and XXXX along with a letter from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX stating that the Fraudulent Accounts was REMOVED. Moving forward on XX/XX/XXXX while updating my information while receiving resources from the Human Trafficking Division in my state upon pulling my updated credit report I received from Experian we notice the account was added back to my file. Along with several other accounts that were previously REMOVED from my file. I have the PROOF that these accounts were REMOVED because I have the evidence of my results from Experian. Experian did not notify me that these accounts were reinserted back on my file nor did they send me a updated credit report. Upon seeing the information I immediately contacted Experian in which they started a new dispute. Now they are stating that the accounts would not be removed because the Creditors verified the information as Accurate. How were they able to verify the account when Experian REMOVED the account at the Creditors Request as Fraud. I have since tried to contact Experian back in regards to the issues I'm having, but I have not been successful at a fair resolution. Experian is neglecting to remove these accounts from my Credit File even after receiving the proper proof that the account was Fraudulently opened. As per the guidance from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) the documents needed are a picture ID, a bill, and a letter from an advocacy group helping me due to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which falls under XXXX according to XXXX-Debt Final Rule 1002.142 ( b ) ( 4 ) -5 -- 1002.142 ( b ) ( 7 ). 1 kindly request that you block this information from my credit report within four business days, pursuant to section 605C of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have given you my identification as well as the informatin requested from the list of acceptable itms which only 2 are required per the Law. I have provided all needed documentation as well as a victim determination letter according to 1022.142 ( b ) ( 6 ).
