I purchased two XXXX XXXX XXXX which were redeemed by a party other than myself. I filed a police report and requested reimbursement and filed a charge back with my credit company at the advice of both my bank and XXXX. My bank closed the dispute as XXXX believes they were not responsible, and I was recharged in the amount of XXXX dollars on XX/XX/year>. I have contacted the XXXX Police department and opened a case with them, and I have now also contacted the XXXX State Attorney General 's office for assistance and am awaiting a reply. I am frustrated, as I contacted Capital One on the morning of XX/XX/year>, and they told me they would reopen the dispute, but I was instead recharged the amount I was scammed.
