Case Number : XXXX Merchant : XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) Amount : {$170.00} Date : XX/XX/year> After receiving the merchant response by email I would like to continue this dispute because the cash withdrawal at the ATM machine never went through as I never received the cash, it was not disbursed. The attached receipt proves that NO CASH was disbursed because of an unknown error with the ATM. The bank agent confirm me that I never received the CASH due to a technical issue and the pending authorization at that time it will automatically drop after few days The merchant also confirmed to me this issue and promised to REFUND ME for the full amount of {$170.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, again on XX/XX/XXXX and last one on XX/XX/XXXX via email ( email attacched ). The last email from Merchant which is dated XX/XX/XXXX, they say actually the response given to this dispute process is invalid/incorrect and I did not received any service/cash for this transaction so Im entiteled to have this dispute continue and be closed in my favor. CAPITALONE SHOULD BE ASHAMED Case number - XXXX CAPITALONE DISPUTE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE BY KEEP REFUSING THE EVIDENCES I'M PROVIDING TO SUPPORT MY DISPUTE. CAPITALONE DISPUTE DEPARTMENT KEEP REFUSING MY EVIDENCES FOR THIS DISPUTE AND ONLY TAKE FOR VALID THE MERCHANT RESPONSE WHICH SENT SOMETHING AND THE DAY BEFORE AND AFTER CONFIRM ME VIA EMAIL THAT THEY SENT ME A FULL REFUND FOR THIS TRANSACTION. I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I CAN NOT ACCEPT THIS CONTINUE MISTAKES AND MADE BY CAPITALONE AND TOTAL REFUSING TO TAKE MY EVIDENCES AS " TRASH '' BECAUSE NO VALID WHEN THEY ACTUALLY ARE SO CLEAR AND EVIDENT. I DO HAVE ALL THE PROOF FROM THE MERCHANT THAT THIS CASE CAN BE APPEALED AND CAN BE CONTINUED WITH THIS DISPUTE ONCE FOR ALL. The merchant also confirmed to me this issue and promised 6 times via email to REFUND ME for the full amount but CAPITALONE keep refusing this evidences. I also made a POLICE REPORT to be used eventually to take CAPITALONE to court suit.
