I paid off this card. I was checking it as they are VERY scrupulous and they seem to be FRAUDULENT. I will give all examples as they need to be investigated ASAP! Please. I would turn this into the atty generals office, but they seem to be untrustworthy with investigation unless it tickles his fancy. XXXX. I had a XXXX balance, but the card continued to get declined. I never placed a hold on the card. It got declined numerous times at dominoes pizza. I then called over to Milestone credit. They lied, blatantly. I am XXXX severely now and a severe XXXX. She claimed a " hold '' was placed on my account due to FRAUD, but I caught her in a lie. How! Well, if a fraud is on a person 's account you need to CONTACT the consumer immediately and speak to them about it. This never HAPPENED. They lied! And, they got caught. 2. When you call this company called milestone credit card, the only way you can access your credit account is by punching in the last four digits of your social security number which is frightening. I have tried to bring this to their attention before, but they have ignored me. It should be the last four of your credit card, then the last four of your social for security purposes. Any XXXX, XXXX, or XXXX, stalker, or XXXX of the three people who have stolen my identity could call to get my credit card information and decide to mess around with me, harass me through my credit card which is illegal, and to harass me, and get my credit information with my XXXX number is extremely illegal. They lied! Blatantly! After I spoke with them they released the hold, but I want them held accountable for this. 3. When I called today, my balance was WAY off. There is no explanation of it either. Usually on credit cards you can access this information and the charges. Nothing. There is some sort of fraud happening with this company. Please investigate. Also, why are you not asking for who the company is? Do you not need this information to investigate them? RIGHT?
