The CFPB keeps closing these complaints without looking at facts. Cadence replying they replied is not enough. Cadence back misled the CFPB. Cadence bank charged us an overdraft fee twice in one month. The first fee was charged at the end of business we did not see it until after hours and deposited cash. The second time it was charged and money was deposited and covered the amount. Their policy " changed '' per the branch however no notice was ever sent. The first time they refused to reverse the fee because they said their policy changed. We made the deposit before XXXX XXXX The second time they charged us they said we had to make a deposit by XXXX pm and we made it later, but on the same calendar day. So they charged us for making a deposit to cover an overdraft before XXXX pm the first time and after XXXX XXXX the second time. They are not consistent. This has happened before and we made a deposit before midnight and they did not charge us, so why do the times keep changing. We will continue to make complaints and reviews online until our money is returned.
