On XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed a fraudulent account was added to my credit report. I created an identity theft complaint with the FTC to have the account removed from my credit file. Upon a more through review Ive also noticed several inquiries on my credit report that I do not recognize or give permission to view my credit. Please delete these inquires from my credit file in accordance with FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ). Failure to do so will force me to report your company to the Attorney General and seek civil penalties for not complying with the law. Also delete all addresses with the exception of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , GA XXXX and all variations of my name with the exception of XXXX XXXX XXXX .
