A business account was applied for and not only was it rejected the personal account I had never used was also closed. They gave me no reason and stated in the email neither live chat nor phone support would be able to tell me. I'd like to know exactly what I could have possibly done on a service I had never used to warrant account closing, again it was never once used after being open, and the exact message reads out as " Unfortunately, we must inform you that we will be closing your XXXX account. We are unable to verify your account at this time. Due to compliance standards, we can not disclose the reasons. '' They can not disclose the reason someone who only had an account was suddenly closed and is now also unable to even open another one with them. " Kindly note that you can not open another XXXX account and that our live chat and phone support channels will not be able to provide assistance regarding this matter. ''
