On XXXX XXXX I noticed a fraudulent account was added to my credit report. I created an identity theft complaint with the FTC to have the account removed from my credit file. Upon further review I also noticed several inquiries on my credit report that I do not recognize or give permission to view my credit. Please delete these inquiries from my credit file in accordance with FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ). Failure to do so will force me to report your company to the Attorney General and seek civil penalties for not complying with the law. Also delete all addresses with the exception of XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GA XXXX and all variations of my name with the exception of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Any incorrect addresses or names could have been used to establish fraudulent credit or used in an unauthorized attempt to establish fraudulent credit in my name.
