Due to the numerous counts of data breaches that I have been subject to and the severity of each XXXX directly involving my PII information, I have endured Delinquent and Derogatory marks to such a degree that I can not recover. For the past 7 years the data furnishers, collectors, and credit bureaus have directly given me a false identity. They have set up reports and made scores from information that is so far apart from me for so long that I literally can not defend myself. To paint a much vivid picture and give a complete understanding. It is a common act of human nature to live a lifestyle beyond one 's financial means and be consumed in unmanageable debt. Then try to point the blame at something or someone else. XXXX But the entire XXXX span that I am referring to, I have filed countless disputes with credit bureaus, banks, credit card companies/grantors, and data furnishers. I have filed police reports, called random numbers that are linked to any activity on my reports, begged and pleaded with strangers, and have lost hope. When I dispute anything on my report it comes back validated by furnishers. When I call furnishers and ask where they get info and demand them to correct the fraudulent information, I'm then told there are laws that limit the data they are allowed to delete. It's like I'm fighting a battle XXXX against XXXX. I do not understand how a credit bureau can deliver the information that they compiled of my life to criminals and then even tell me the criminals for sure have it posted the dark web then turn around again and tell me the low score on my report along with the XXXX inquiries is me being irresponsible with my credit and life decisions. There are laws such as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that are being violated by XXXX and Experian because they did not protect the reports they have on my life.
