I did a BNPL loan for merchandise that was returned to companies. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$54.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XX/XX/2024 {$190.00} The refunds were returned to the credit card on file, which was Klarna and totaled {$250.00}. All my loans were already paid off, and I owe Klarna nothing. When I inquired about receiving the credit, it was put on Klarna Balance, a virtual credit card. I tried several times to use the card to no avail. I understand Klarna 's policy that these funds can not be withdrawn but can be applied toward loans and/or purchases. Heres the conundrum : 1 ) I was instructed to use Klarna Balance as my default payment option until the funds are used, but that does not work. I even added {$5.00} to try activating the card, Additionally, Klarna Balance is not available as a payment option at any online store checkout. 2 ) Klarna Credit, which is a different entity from Klarna Balance, continues to deny me credit. This prevents me from using the {$250.00} credit/refund to pay off a loan. 3 ) Customer service advised me to wait until Klarna starts giving credit again. 70 % of customer service is AI. Unfortunately, the human representatives have the bare minimum of information and conversations quickly go in circles.
