CashApp suspended my account due an {$8.00} charge they thought was suspicious. They sent me an email about it and I responded right away. They assured me the issue would be resolved in XXXX business days. I have {$2900.00} in my account that is not disputable and there should be no reason why they withhold my money from me. I now do not have access to these funds and I need that money for bills that are now past due and I have contacted support every day only to be given the run around. If only {$8.00} is in dispute, and it hasent even been released, they should release my remaining money and not hold it from me, not suspend my whole account.
