Wells Fargo have been stealing from my account by reordering transactions and charging overdraft fees for the last two years. I have taken screenshots as proof to which they fail to return the fees citing I am only allowed one refund a year despite proof of them reordering transactions or the pending transaction is made to look like it was cleared days before in order to incur charges. Most recently XXXX XXXX I took screenshots of the ending daily balance of {$340.00} posted at XXXX EST. At XXXX EST i transferred over {$270.00}, {$19.00}, and {$49.00} each from XXXX which is a total amount of {$340.00} clearing out the debt ( overdrafted amount ) posted. At XXXX, I received a message from Wells Fargo saying that my account was overdrafted by - {$19.00}. Checking my account that morning I noticed that the XXXX XXXX XXXX charge of {$76.00} to {$96.00}. This is a difference of {$20.00} which would account for the - {$19.00} that was only added the following day which was XXXX. XXXX XXXX, around XXXX I received a notification that they were charging my account with another overdraft fee of {$35.00} for a {$500.00} transaction that I had covered with the money Id deposited the night before. This would not have made any sense based on the screenshots provided. This is one of the many times that Wells Fargo have predatory stealing from my account by reordering transactions and/or making pending transactions appear to have cleared days prior to the date in which it actually cleared while my account is either already overdrawn or close to a XXXX balance. I have bought this situation to their attention numerous times with the same kind of proof that they refuse to thoroughly verify with the exception of one time they did find their error and refunded me.
