On XX/XX/year> I sent certified letter to amcol systems in South Carolina to cease and desist and provide me with purchase agreement between XXXX XXXX and amcol systems they didnt and by law they have violated the the hippa law for selling personal health information it is illegal to sell health information without a persons consent amcol has violated many facts rights now and has been sued for the same unlawful collection activities before this is not my debt and I never signed a agreement with amcol to pay anything I demand that they dismiss with motion to vacate and dismiss entire bad debt which is someone elses their continuing harassment of my family by mail calls will not be tolerated.
